On Saturday 6 July, Syria Solidarity UK, along with the Syrian Legal Development Programme, Dawalty, Migrants Organise and others, are hosting ‘Freedom Across Borders’. This conference aims to connect refugee campaigning and Syria human rights campaigning to wider human rights and legal accountability work in the UK. The main part of the day will be divided into three strands: Refugees Welcome, Survivor Strategies, and Accountability.

The conference is being hosted at Amnesty International UK, 25 New Inn Yard, Hackney, London, EC2A 3EA.

Registration opens at 9am. The first talk is at 9:30am. The day’s workshops and talks end at 5pm. Later, there will be an evening film screening of Mr Gay Syria (52 minute edit) and Q&A, followed by Syrian food and music, ending at 9pm.
