A fascinating series of upcoming free events – not to be missed!
There’s No Place Like Home will comprise of an immersive installation by award-winning photographer Hoda Afshar; an artist talk with detainee, novelist and human rights activist Behrouz Boochani; readings by professional actors from Boochani’s prize-winning memoir No Friend But the Mountains; a talk with Omid Tofighian, the translator of Boochani’s book; the premiere of an original composition by Lincolnshire-based composer Simon Le Boggit; and a film screening of Remain (Afshar).
